STAR WARS REBELS SEASON 3 EPISODE 5 HERA'S HEROES REVIEW
Grand Admiral Thrawn was in the episode and he was exactly like he was in the books, he used his wits to anticipate the rebels moves, by capturing Ezra in a stormtroopers disguise.Chopper who is also undercover meets with Hera and Ezra in their cell and they create a plan to blow up Hera's house for them to escape
So the episode concludes with Hera's father going to the empire at his house to trade himself for Hera and Ezra, but then Chopper detonates the explosives and everyone escapes.
My favorite part of this episode was seeing Thrawn and Hera interact, they are two characters that are edgy except Thrawn hides it.I also did enjoy learning about Hear's and Chopper,s backstory, it was a shame it was brief because I feel Hera is a character that seemed like she has a lot of backstories which can be told. There was also an epic bit when Ezra and Hera were being rescued and a rocket launcher was fired at the ghost,Kanan uses the force and turns the rocket the other way into an AT-ST chicken walker.
The stand out character of the episode for me was Hera, learning more about her origin was a great thing. And to see her go out of her way to retrieve her mother's artifact. It was also a great thing to see Hera come to the realization that the crew of ghost is her her home.
Thrawn was in the episode and he was also so great, it was a good choice on the episode for him to leave before the empire gets their ass kicked by the Ghost.
Overall Hera's heroes is a great episode with amazing animation once again.Thrawn was featured in this disorder a lot more and it seems that they are saving him for the back half of the season to be the Ghosts' ultimate enemy.I will give Hera's heroes an 8.5 out of 10.I would lie to hear your thoughts on the episode down in the comments below. As always thanks for reading, take care.
