Some new art for Legends of tomorrow came out thanks to Brandon Routh. The artwork looks really neat, this is just concept, I don't believe that they have started filming, so this is just concept art, so some reused images. A lot of people are speculating that Jefferson is separating from Martin and can form Firestorm by himself like in the poster, but no that won't happen, they have Franz Durham in full costume to show off the hero, and they have to include Victor Garber in the poster, this he is on the poster. Arthur Darvill is in the poster, which is interesting so I will get into that in a bit.
We do have an in-depth synopsis, which was released a while ago, but let's take a look at it.

"After the defeat of Eobard Thawne and his equally nefarious Legion of Doom, the Legends face a new threat created by their actions at the end of last season. In revisiting a moment in time that they had already participated in, they have essentially fractured the timeline and created anachronisms – a scattering of people, animals, and objects all across time!

Our team must find a way to return all the anachronisms to their original timelines before the time stream falls apart. But before our Legends can jump back into action, Rip Hunter (Arthur Darvill) and his newly established Time Bureau call their methods into question. With the Time Bureau effectively the new sheriffs in town, the Legends disband – until Mick Rory (Dominic Purcell) discovers one of them in the middle of his well-deserved vacation in Aruba. Seeing this as an opportunity to continue their time traveling heroics, Sara (Caity Lotz) wastes no time in getting the Legends back together.

We reunite with billionaire inventor Ray Palmer (Brandon Routh), the unconventional historian-turned-superhero Nick Heywood (Nick Zano), and Professor Martin Stein (Victor Garber) and Jefferson “Jax” Jackson (Franz Drameh), who together form the meta-human Firestorm. Once reunited, the Legends will challenge the Time Bureau’s authority over the timeline and insist that however messy their methods may be, some problems are beyond the Bureau’s capabilities. Some problems can only be fixed by Legends."

Effectively this synopsis shows us that the Legends will save time after breaking it, and Rip Hunter will help them. But there is no mention of how, or if the ALegends will meet anyone in this twisted time world, like Kamandi, the last boy on Earth.

So Rip Hunter seems like he will be kind of an antagonist but he will only be trying to create these time police so he will be in the season, at least. So Arthur Darvill is not off the show, as I thought may have happened from the ending of the season 2 finale.

Dominic Purcell seems like he will be the glue to bring the team back together, and he will be a larger focus in the show, as he had a bigger role in season 2, which was great.
Everyone else will be back for the season, which is great, the team we were left with at the end of season 2. When Comic-Con comes around the showrunners might announce new characters coming to the show, and we might get a trailer.

I would like to hear your thoughts on the synopsis and the new image for Legends of Tomorrow season 3. So comment below. As always thanks for reading, take care.
